Murphy's Newsletter

October 18, 2000

Hi Allie!

As I get new photos I'll move each old page back, so that you'll always just have to type "www.bonaventuretours.com/murphy.html" to get to the newest stuff. I'll put a link at the bottom of each page so that you can go back, if you want to.

So here's the latest stuff:

This is from about a week ago, when Auntie Grace stopped over before her cruise. She seemed to get along with Murphy quite well. It didn't even faze her when he started humping her leg!

P.S. Be ready to face a lot of humping when you get back.

Here he is sitting calmly in my arms. When he's tired, this position is ok, but if he's hyper, it can lead to biting on my face. You can get a better sense of how he looks in this one, with his ears down.

I've taken a couple more of him, but the roll is nowhere near done so those will have to wait. I tried to take them with him looking up at me so you'll be able to see his face better.

Oh, and he loves posing for pictures. He just sits calmly staring right into the lense.

By the way, yesterday he stopped biting a couple of times when I said "No bite!" Granted, other times he just kept right on gnawing, but it's progress!

I thought I'd add this one for you. The scan turned out kind of blurry, but in the picture you are looking joyfully over your shoulder like:

"See ya! I'm off on my own for an adventure!"

I hope you are still having fun, and that everything is working out ok. (This is now me talking, not a continuation of the narrative I wrote to go along with your thoughts in that photo.)
